Exploring Selections and Layers

THis is sort of a continuation of the previous tutorial, but not really. We use a different image, but the techniques are very similar, so you could start with this one and then go on to “Part 1” if you we so inclined.

Just like “Part 1”, more advanced Elements users will get the same results with Layer Masks. Again, I’m trying to keep it simple.

One small issue…the very right side of the Editor workspace got cut off, so you will find it difficult to see how I change the opacity of layers. If you follow along in your own copy of Elements you’ll figure it out though!
