I used a real-world situation whereby I had to alter a photo for a client. I know it’s rather long, but there was a lot of work using the Clone Stamp tool involved. Everything I did in this video is 100% doable in Photoshop Elements 11 or 12! Check out the video for more:
PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS
This video is a continuation of an earlier one in which I demonstrated techniques that could be performed in both Photoshop CC and Elements 12. this video is about cool techniques that are unique to Photoshop.
OK, this is the THIRD time I’m wrangling this silly photo of an old-timey watch! But THIS time thanks to the power of the Quick Selection Tool and Refine Edge in Photoshop, and starting with Photoshop Elements 11 as well, things go much smoother and faster, and the result will be better!
Which should you get?
Photoshop Elements 12 (PSE), or Photoshop CC (PS)? Adobe is now offering Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 for @ $10/mo. That makes Photoshop affordable. It makes the decision as to which way to go much more difficult.
This video will acquaint you with the Elements 12 workspace, which is very similar to Elements 11. However, if you’re used to v10 or below, this video will be very helpful as things have changed a lot. Adobe redesigned the entire interface.
